1:1 Coaching - The Personalized Path
When what you're carrying feels too layered for a group.
Private coaching with Charlotte for people standing at a threshold — navigating transition, leadership, identity, values conflict, a major decision, or a season of becoming.
Together, we make space to slow down, name what matters, sort through what feels unclear, and move forward with grounded next steps.
1:1 coaching is available for purpose-driven adults and for young adults in the launch years. Adult coaching supports deeper alignment, sustainable leadership, and values-led growth. Launch coaching supports young adults building clarity, confidence, communication, support networks, and grounded independence as they begin what’s next.
Packages range from focused support to deeper multi-month journeys. We find the right fit together on a free 30-minute call.
Group Experiences

Twelve-week small-group coaching cohorts built on the Cor Framework™ — small enough to be known, structured enough to change how you actually show up.
The Kinship Collective — $2,400
A 12-week small-group coaching experience for purpose-driven adults ready to make aligned decisions, lead with clarity, and stop carrying it all alone. From the outside, your leadership still works — but inside, it's started to feel like it isn't fully yours. This is the room where that shifts. Each week brings a 90-minute live session, coaching tailored to the group in real time, circling in small breakout circles, and purposeful integration between sessions — plus a private 1:1 Alignment Session with Charlotte at the midpoint, a written Alignment Check, and a closing Leadership Commitments document. For adults and established leaders. Payment plan available.
Rooted: For The Launch Years - $1,200
A 12-week small-group coaching experience for young adults finding their footing — whether that's college, a first job, or still figuring out the path. Starting out is supposed to be the exciting part; it's also when the ground moves. Rooted is a guided circle to practice decision-making, self-advocacy, honest connection, and steadiness during the season when so much gets decided — in community with peers in the same place. It's coaching and reflection, not therapy or tutoring, and it's often arranged by a parent. Payment plan available.
Not sure between a cohort and 1:1? Group experiences are for shared growth in community; if what you're carrying feels too personal for a group, 1:1 coaching is the more direct path.
