1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.corandkin.com and your access to Cor & Kin’s digital content, offerings, services, and coaching. By using this site or purchasing from Cor & Kin, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cor & Kin’s services or purchase our offerings.

3. Ownership of Content

All content, materials, frameworks, curriculum, and resources, including but not limited to The Cor Framework™, The Cor Reset™, the Kinship Collective, The Cor Course™, Cor Journals™, coaching prompts, session materials, digital downloads, recordings, and branded assets, are the intellectual property of Charlotte Collins and Cor & Kin LLC.

These materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, repurposed, distributed, taught, facilitated, sublicensed, or used in professional, organizational, or commercial settings without prior written consent from Cor & Kin LLC. Creation of derivative works based on Cor & Kin content or frameworks is strictly prohibited.

By submitting testimonials, written reflections, comments, or other shared materials, you grant Cor & Kin LLC permission to use such content for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes, unless you expressly request otherwise in writing. Any shared content will be used respectfully and without revealing confidential or sensitive information.

Unauthorized use of Cor & Kin intellectual property may result in legal action.

4. Coaching and Course Disclaimer

Cor & Kin offers coaching, reflection tools, and leadership development content. These services are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Participation in coaching or courses does not create a therapist-client or legal advisor-client relationship. You understand that any decisions or actions you take as a result of working with Cor & Kin are your own responsibility.

5. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to upload or share malicious content, spam, or any unauthorized material. You agree not to interfere with the security, functionality, or accessibility of the site or services.

6. Purchases and Refunds

All digital product purchases (including courses, journals, workshops, and downloadable materials) are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access and nature of digital content.

Live Workshops and Single-Session Events: Registrations for live workshops, intensives, and single-session events (including The Cor Alignment Intensive™) are refundable if a written cancellation request is received at support@corandkin.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund. In lieu of a refund, participants who cancel within 48 hours or do not attend may transfer their registration to a future occurrence of the same event within 90 days of the original event date, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to support@corandkin.com. If Cor & Kin cancels or reschedules a live event, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the rescheduled date at no additional cost.

For cohort-based group programs (such as the Kinship Collective), refunds may be available up to a specified date prior to the program start and will be clearly communicated on the program’s sales page. Once a cohort has begun, refunds are not offered.

Payment Plans: Where a payment plan is offered for a program or service, enrollment and selection of a payment plan constitutes a binding commitment to complete all scheduled installments. Failure to complete payment does not cancel the financial obligation for remaining installments. In the event of a missed or failed payment, Cor & Kin reserves the right to suspend access to the program or service until payment is received. If payment is not resolved within 7 days of the missed installment, continued access may be revoked without refund of amounts already paid. Cor & Kin may pursue collection of outstanding balances through lawful means.

Refunds for 1:1 coaching services will not be issued once sessions have begun. Sessions are reserved specifically for the client and must be used within the agreed program timeframe. Unused sessions are forfeited if the client disengages. In cases of significant life disruption, coaching may be paused and resumed within a defined period, subject to availability.

If Cor & Kin cancels an event, program, or service, a full refund will be issued.

7. Confidentiality and Group Program Participation

Cor & Kin takes the privacy and safety of all participants seriously. By enrolling in any group program, cohort, live workshop, or community experience offered by Cor & Kin, you agree to the following:

Participant Confidentiality: What is shared within any group program or coaching experience is confidential. Participants agree not to disclose, repeat, share, or distribute — in any format, including social media, written communication, or verbal conversation — the personal disclosures, stories, or identifying information shared by other participants during any group session or private community space. This obligation continues after the program ends.

Coach Confidentiality: Cor & Kin holds in strict confidence all personal information shared by clients in the context of coaching or group programs. This information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or where there is a reasonable belief of imminent risk of harm.

Proprietary Content: All coaching frameworks, materials, session content, and facilitation methods used in Cor & Kin programs are proprietary. Participants may not record sessions without prior written consent from Cor & Kin. Participants may not reproduce, share, teach, or facilitate Cor & Kin content or methodologies in personal, professional, or commercial contexts without explicit written permission.

Breach of this confidentiality obligation may result in removal from the program without refund and may subject the participant to legal action.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or Squarespace Payments. Cor & Kin does not store or have access to your payment information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cor & Kin LLC provides coaching, courses, digital tools, and related materials for educational and personal development purposes only. We are not licensed therapists, financial advisors, or medical professionals, and our services should not be considered a substitute for professional therapy, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Your participation in Cor & Kin offerings is voluntary, and you are solely responsible for the choices and actions you take as a result of engaging with our content. While our programs are designed to support growth and reflection, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Cor & Kin LLC and its members are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your use of the website, coaching services, digital tools, or course materials. All services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

By engaging with Cor & Kin, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

9. Privacy and Data Use

By using this site or joining a Cor & Kin program, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States of America.

11. Updates to Terms
