What is Cor & Kin?

Cor & Kin™ is a leadership and coaching space rooted in clarity, values, and purpose-led living. “Cor” means heart — the inner truth that grounds who you are. “Kin” speaks to community — the relationships and belonging that help you grow.

Our work helps purpose-driven people return to themselves, slow down enough to notice what matters, and lead their lives with intention. No titles required. No performance needed. Just honesty, presence, and the desire for meaningful change.

Do I need a leadership title to work with you?

No. Leadership is not a role — it’s a relationship with yourself, your values, and the people around you.

Cor & Kin™ welcomes anyone seeking clarity, alignment, or a more grounded way of moving through their life, work, and purpose. Whether you lead a team, a classroom, a community, a creative practice, your family, or simply your own becoming — you belong here.

Who is your work for?

Our coaching, workshops, and tools are created for purpose-driven adults who are:

  • feeling misaligned or stretched thin

  • navigating transition or identity shifts

  • craving clarity, confidence, or direction

  • longing for brave community and real conversation

  • ready to lead their life with values, intention, and courage

If you’re seeking values-led coaching, reflective practices, or sustainable growth, this work is made for you.

What is the Cor Framework™?

The Cor Framework™ is the foundation of all Cor & Kin experiences. It includes four pillars that support meaningful, long-term, purpose-driven growth:

ROOT — Know Yourself
ALIGN — Live Your Values
EXTEND — Lead in Relationship
SUSTAIN — Honor the Long Game

It’s not a linear program — it’s a rhythm of reflection that helps you return to clarity whenever life pulls you off center.

What is your coaching style?

My coaching style is warm, honest, and grounded. I ask thoughtful questions, offer values-led insight, and help you clarify what’s true for you — without pressure or urgency. Can I join your programs if I’m unsure about my purpose?

Yes. Many people come to Cor & Kin™ because they’re in a season of questioning or transition. You don’t need a clear purpose to begin — that clarity often emerges through the work. Is this therapy?

No. Cor & Kin™ provides leadership-centered, values-led coaching — not therapy, counseling, or clinical services.

We focus on clarity, identity, alignment, purpose, boundaries, and relational leadership. We do not diagnose, treat, or process trauma.

If therapy is what you need, we honor that and can encourage you to seek a licensed professional.
