From the outside, your leadership still works. Inside, it's started to feel like it isn't fully yours anymore.

You show up. You care deeply. You carry more than most people see — and somewhere between the decisions, the roles, and the people counting on you, a quiet knowing set in: the way you're leading has drifted from what matters most, and you haven't had the room to name it, let alone change it.

The Kinship Collective is a 12-week small-group coaching experience for purpose-driven people who are ready to lead their lives — not just manage them.

Fall 2026 Cohort

Begins September 16, 2026
Wednesdays • 7:00–8:30 PM ET

Intentionally sized for depth, with small breakout circles.

The Kinship Collective

You weren’t meant to lead alone.

Enrollment closes September 9 or when the cohort fills

You might be arriving here because…

  • The way you're leading has started to feel out of step with what you actually value

  • You feel stretched thin from holding space for everyone else

  • Your decisions feel reactive lately — and you want to lead from clarity instead

  • You're craving community that's real, not performative

  • You're trusted by everyone, but rarely feel held yourself

  • You keep saying "I need to figure this out" — and you're tired of doing it alone

If even one of those landed — you're in the right place.

People don't join because they need more to do. They come because something needs to shift — and they've been carrying it alone long enough. Twelve weeks in, you'll leave with concrete tools, not just a better outlook:

  • A leadership identity you can name — language for the kind of leader you are, what you stand for, and how you lead in relationship — the clarity you draw on in a hard decision, a review, or a room that's testing you.

  • A values-to-action map — how to turn "I value integrity" into what integrity actually requires in a real moment: a decision, a piece of feedback, a conflict, a mentoring conversation.

  • How to have the hard conversations — how to name misalignment, give honest feedback, and say the difficult thing with clarity instead of avoiding it or over-explaining.

  • How to mentor and delegate without absorbing it all — how to hold responsibility without carrying everything, and develop people without taking the work back.

  • A sustainability rhythm — clarity on what drains you, what restores you, and what you need to stop carrying, so you lead from fullness instead of depletion.

  • One contribution you've been sitting on, prototyped — a workshop, a framework, a team practice, a community offering — shaped into something testable instead of stuck in your head.

This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about finally having the space and support to lead from who you already are — with a circle of people who can hold the depth of what you're building.

What shifts inside the Kinship Collective

"This experience was not about generic business advice or jargon. It invites real self-understanding and reminds you that leadership is about people, not transactions. This is truly heartwork."

—Shea A. Winsett, PhD

What People Are Saying

"This space helped me slow down and make decisions from a grounded place instead of urgency. I didn't realize how much I needed community that wasn't about performance — just being human."

— Kinship Collective Participant

"The circling conversations gave me clarity I couldn't find on my own. I walked away knowing exactly what needed to shift — and actually believing I could do it."

— Kinship Collective Participant

How it works

The Kinship Collective is not a lecture series or a networking group. It's a thoughtfully guided small-group coaching experience designed for depth, real reflection, and integration into your actual life.

Each week includes:

  • A 90-minute live session guided by Charlotte, rooted in the Cor Framework™

  • Coaching conversations tailored to where the group is in real time

  • Circling — a facilitated practice where you reflect, listen deeply, and speak honestly about what you're carrying

  • Short, purposeful integration work between sessions — never overwhelming

  • A steady, supportive community of people doing the same work

What is circling?

Circling is a facilitated small-group practice that helps you hear your own wisdom more clearly, practice courageous communication, and feel less alone in what you're holding. It's not about advice. It's about creating the conditions for clarity and grounded leadership to emerge.

A different kind of leadership space

The Kinship Collective moves through all four pillars of the Cor Framework™ — a leadership model built for people who want to live and lead from the inside out.

  • Root — Know Yourself. Clarify your values, identity, and what truly matters in this season.

  • Align — Live Your Values. Make decisions that reflect your priorities — not just pressure.

  • Extend — Lead in Relationship. Practice honest communication and courageous connection.

  • Sustain — Honor the Long Game. Build the rhythms and boundaries that protect your capacity over time.

This framework doesn't rush change. It supports thoughtful, sustainable growth — over 12 weeks and long after.

Rooted in the Cor Framework™

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

There are seasons when the right move isn't to push harder.

It's to stop, get honest, and find your footing again — with people who are doing the same work alongside you.

If you're feeling the pull toward this, trust it. The fall cohort begins September 16. Enrollment closes September 9.
