Our Expertise

All Cor & Kin organizational work is led by Charlotte — a strategist, speaker, facilitator, and leadership coach with nearly two decades of experience designing values-driven initiatives across corporate, nonprofit, education, and community impact sectors.

She holds degrees from Oberlin College and Yale University, and has built and led initiatives for some of the most respected institutions and companies in the world — including work with global corporations, national volunteer networks, universities, and community organizations.

Charlotte brings to every organizational engagement the same thing she brings to every coaching session: the ability to listen deeply, hold complexity without hardening, and help people stay awake to one another. She doesn't do plug-and-play content. Every engagement is crafted with intention and tailored to your people and purpose.
