For young adults finding their footing — whether they’re starting college, stepping into a first job, or still figuring out what comes next — in community with peers in the same season.

Starting out is supposed to be the exciting part. It's also the part where the ground moves. New place, no one who knows you yet, every decision suddenly yours, and a quiet question nobody prepped you for: who am I when I'm not who I was before?

Rooted is a 12-week small-group coaching experience for young adults in a season of transition — so they don't have to figure all of it out alone.

Fall 2026 Cohort

Begins September 13, 2026
Sundays • 2:00–3:30 PM ET

Intentionally sized for depth, with small breakout circles.

Rooted: For the Launch Years

A small-group coaching experience for young adults in the launch years — typically ages 18–25.

Enrollment closes September 4 or when the cohort fills

You Might Be Arriving Here Because…

  • Everyone keeps asking what your plan is — and you're tired of pretending you have it all figured out

  • You're showing up for the classes, the job, the next right move — but you're not always sure it's yours, or just what was expected of you

  • You're becoming someone new in a place where nobody knew the old you — thrilling some days, lonely on others

  • Big decisions keep landing in your lap with no map, and you'd give a lot for a little clarity before the next one

  • From the outside it looks like you're thriving. Inside, you're carrying more than you let on

  • You don't want to just get through this season — you want to move through it on purpose, with a few people who actually get it

If even one of those landed — you're in the right place.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of twelve weeks, the big questions feel less heavy — and more like yours. You'll have a clearer sense of who you are underneath everyone's expectations, and more trust in your own decisions, even the hard ones. You'll leave with specific, usable skills — not just a good feeling:

  • Language for who you are — how to answer "tell me about yourself," name your strengths and values, and talk about what you bring without freezing or shrinking. The exact stuff you need in interviews, applications, and the first weeks of a new job.

  • How to advocate for yourself — how to ask for what you need, speak up in a room, and actually have the hard conversation with a manager, professor, or parent instead of avoiding it.

  • How to build a network that helps — how to reach out to someone, ask for a conversation, follow up, and turn a contact into a real relationship — without it feeling fake or transactional.

  • A decision-making filter — a way to weigh a choice against your values and your direction, so you can tell a survival step from a growth step, and stop letting pressure, comparison, or whoever's loudest choose for you.

  • A grounded next step — not a perfect five-year plan. A clear next move: what to pursue, what to stop chasing, which conversations to have, what to test.

  • A way to handle pressure without losing yourself — how to catch it when you're choosing from fear or comparison, and come back to your own voice before a big decision.

Plus two things you keep: the Rooted Field Guide, a workbook that carries the work off the screen, and a closing Next Chapter Map — your own compass for what comes after the cohort. And a small circle of peers who knew you in the wobbly part, and stayed.

This isn't about having it all figured out. It's about facing what's next as more fully yourself.

A 90-minute live session each week, guided by Charlotte. Real conversation, not a lecture. A facilitated practice — with small breakout circles — where you reflect, listen, and say the true thing out loud. Light, purposeful work between sessions — never busywork. And a steady group of peers doing the same work alongside you. This is coaching and reflection, not therapy or tutoring — a space to grow into your next chapter on purpose.

How It Works

If You Are A Parent Reading This

You can't live this season for them — but you can make sure they're not doing it alone. Here's the plain version: this is not therapy, tutoring, or another class. It's a guided leadership circle where your young adult practices decision-making, self-advocacy, honest connection, and steadiness — for the stretch when you're no longer in the room. It's facilitated by someone who has spent nearly two decades developing young people — and the adults who guide them — and works with thousands of young people every year. You're invited to set this up for them — a start-of-season gift that lasts well past the first week.
